Note the Product Codes: Each instrument features a unique item code or specification. Keep a list of the items and quantities you require.
Custom Requests (OEM/ODM): If you need customized modifications, private labeling, or completely new instrument designs, gather your technical drawings, samples, or specification sheets.
Step 2: Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ)
Once your list is ready, reach out to our global sales team to receive a formal, obligation-free quotation.

Via Email: Send your detailed requirements directly to info@momincorporation.com.
Information to Include: Please specify the product codes, desired quantities, target delivery destination, and any specific packaging or branding requirements to help us provide an accurate quote.
Step 3: Quotation & Proforma Invoice (PI)
Our sales department will review your request and issue a comprehensive quote within 24–48 business hours.
Reviewing the Quote: The quote will detail product pricing, production lead times, and estimated shipping costs.
Proforma Invoice: Upon your approval of the quote, we will issue an official Proforma Invoice (PI) outlining the final order details, terms, and payment instructions.
Step 4: Sample Approval (Optional but Recommended)
For large-scale commercial orders, custom designs, or new partnerships, we highly recommend a sample evaluation.
Prototyping: We can manufacture and dispatch physical samples according to your exact specifications.
Quality Verification: This allows your technical team to verify the craftsmanship, ergonomics, and material quality before full-scale manufacturing begins.
Step 5: Order Confirmation & Production
Production commences immediately upon receipt of the agreed-upon advance payment or payment terms outlined in the Proforma Invoice.
Manufacturing Phase: Your instruments are forged, precision-machined, and polished by our skilled technicians in Sialkot.
Quality Assurance: Every single piece undergoes strict multi-stage quality inspections to guarantee compliance with global regulatory standards.
Step 6: Global Dispatch & Delivery
Once production is complete and final quality checks are passed, your order is securely packed for international transit.
Flexible Shipping Methods: Depending on your urgency and budget, we offer shipping via Air Freight (for urgent delivery via DHL, FedEx, or UPS) or Sea Freight (for cost-effective bulk container shipments).
Documentation & Tracking: We handle all export documentation from Pakistan and provide you with comprehensive tracking numbers and shipping documents to ensure smooth customs clearance in your country.
